Excellent Strategic Planning
We needed to build our small company which was doing well but found that we didn’t have the skillset to grow from the small numbers we had. We needed the board to receive some executive coaching on a one to one basis. Calling MA helped us to really dive into the needs and requirements of the executive team and allowed us to bridge the disconnect with the rest of the groups employees. We engaged MA to help us grow our market share, As an established clothing retailer, we needed to expand online due to the pandemic. Initially this was on eBay where the marketplace is hectic. MA understood the niche of our market and what we were trying to achieve. With competitor analysis and creating a brand new pricing structure we have grown exponentially over the last 12 months.
